About This Role:
As a AI Engineer / Data Scientist, your key objectives will be:
- AI/ML Model Development: Design and implement AI and ML models, focusing on RAG and agent-based workflows.
- Model Training and Fine-Tuning: Train and fine-tune both commercial and open-source models using Generative AI (GenAI) techniques.
- Technology Utilization: Work with LangChain or similar technologies to enhance the capabilities of AI/ML models.
- Performance Optimization: Fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize model performance.
- Cloud-Native Solutions: Build, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud-native environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement data-driven solutions for enterprise clients.
We are Looking for Individuals who have:
- RAG and Agent-Based Workflows: Expertise in building and managing complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based workflows.
- Data Wrangling: Strong skills in data wrangling and data preparation for AI/ML models.
- LangChain or Similar Technologies: Proficiency with LangChain or other similar technologies for enhancing AI model capabilities.
- Hyperparameter Tuning: Strong skills in fine-tuning hyperparameters to achieve optimal model performance.
- AI Development Experience: Proven experience in professional AI-related development environments.
Preferred skills:
- Vector Databases: Experience working with vector databases.
- Multi-Platform Deployment: Ability to build, tune, deploy, and manage models on multiple platforms and cloud environments.
- Data Processing at Scale: Experience handling large datasets using data processing libraries, ideally in a production environment.
