About This Role:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your key objectives will be to:
- Conduct thorough web testing and front-end manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Perform configuration testing to validate system configurations.
- Execute database validation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and manage test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Report and document bugs accurately using industry-standard bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, participating in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
- Conduct regression and smoke testing to validate software releases.
- Apply theoretical knowledge of testing methodologies to enhance testing processes and procedures.
We are Looking for Individuals who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of industrial experience in manual testing.
- Proficiency in web testing, front-end manual testing, configuration, and database validation.
- Experience in test case management and the ability to write comprehensive test cases independently.
- Bug reporting skills with proficiency in Jira or similar bug tracking tools.
- Good communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification will be an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
