About This Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, your key objectives will be to:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions aligned with business and product requirements
- Develop backend services and expose AI capabilities via REST APIs using Python-based frameworks (e.g., FastAPI)
- Contribute to LLM-based use cases such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy services in Linux-based environments
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum setups
- Take ownership of features from development through deployment and support
- Operate with an R&D mindset — form hypotheses, run experiments, and validate or invalidate ideas quickly
We are Looking for Individuals who have:
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on exposure to AI systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and LangGraph/LangChain with a solid understanding of how to architect AI systems
- Experience building HTTP APIs
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and optimizing AI systems for performance and accuracy
- Practical experience with Docker, Git, and Linux environments
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and agent-based workflows — including first-principles understanding of embeddings, vector search, similarity metrics, and retrieval optimization
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving AI space
