About This Role: 

As a People and Culture Intern at Corzent, you’ll support a wide range of people operations with a strong focus on employee experience and HR administration. You’ll help bring company events to life, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure timely internal communications in collaboration with multiple teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of quarterly getaways and fun initiatives.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by collecting documentation and ensuring timely completion of onboarding checklists.
  • Assist with the offboarding process for employees.
  • Maintain onboarding records and support HR documentation processes.
  • Share birthday posts and special occasion updates on internal channels.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to support onboarding-related internal communications for new joiners.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture and Admin teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


We Are Looking for Individuals Who Have:

  • Are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset.
  • A creative flair and enthusiasm for team culture and engagement.
