About This Role
As a Associate UX Lead, you will be responsible for conducting user research, creating design systems and developing detailed UI documentation. Your role also involves ensuring seamless implementation of your design vision by closely collaborating with developers.
As an Associate UX Lead, your key objectives will be to:
- Be the UX Guru, leading and mentoring a team with finesse.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize user experience requirements.
- Conduct user research and interviews, gathering insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and design documentation to guide the design process.
- Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs like a design ninja, wielding the superpower of Figma and turning pixels into pure funkadelic awesomeness.
- Ensure that user interface designs are consistent with established brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create comprehensive UI documentation to facilitate design handoff and implementation.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure they are integrated into all product development stages.
- Play a key role in building design systems from scratch and maintaining them.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the thorough deployment and development of your designs.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Previous experience leading a team of UX designers and researchers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Expert sense and understanding of UX Design principles and UX artifacts.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively present and defend design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building design systems from scratch.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating UI documentation.
