About This Role:
As an Integration Engineer, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Onboard and support customers through API integration processes
- Work closely with aggregators, lenders, and financial services organizations
- Support and maintain API integrations (e.g., REST APIs, gateways, data services)
- Assist with data integrations and reporting platforms (e.g., ElasticSearch)
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer integration issues
- Identify, debug, and fix integration-related errors and bugs where applicable
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Create, update, and maintain clear integration documentation
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support
We are looking for Individuals who have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR a Diploma in Information Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, integration support, or web development
- Strong customer support mindset with excellent communication skills
- Programming knowledge preferably C#
- Experience working with public APIs
- Experience writing technical or public documentation
