About This Role
As a Senior Creative Specialist, you will oversee all visual aspects of our brand, ensuring consistency across all communications. This role offers the opportunity to bring a unique perspective to the table and make a significant creative impact on Corzent’s direction.
As a Senior Creative Specialist, your key objectives will be to:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Cater to visual requirements at an international level, focusing on global markets (Australia, UK, and Scandinavian regions in particular).
- Create and oversee branding design for events, ensuring our brand presence is prominent and aligned with the overall aesthetic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, HR, and development, to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually elevate our creative output.
- Direct photography to suit the creatives for Corzent marketing communications.
- Conduct media coverage of events organized/sponsored by Corzent.
- Lead in creative direction, concept development, creative task management, and overall visual quality control.
- Moderate, mentor, train, and guide junior resources.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have:
- Experience as a Senior Graphics/Brand Designer, preferably within a digital or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to think strategically, communicate ideas effectively, and guide the creative process from concept to execution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design and digital trends, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including branding, web design, content assets, and campaign conceptualization for similar or related organizations.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication in an international environment.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- A Graphic Design/Multimedia Degree, or experience working on commercial/international projects.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in graphic design.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Canva, and Figma.
- Skills in video editing and Blender & 3D animations will be an added advantage.
