About This Role:
As an Technical Lead (Angular), your key objectives will be to:
- Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Angular-based applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring coding standards are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance Angular applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Angular development.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, unit testing, and code coverage.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders.
We are Looking for Individuals who have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent
- 7+ years of work experience in software engineering
- Proven experience in Angular development, with a deep understanding of Angular concepts and architecture.
- Strong expertise in code optimization and performance tuning for Angular applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with testing and debugging tools for performance optimization.
- Experience in setting up build and deployment pipelines for multi-tenant Angular applications.
